I fi g. 1 shows a portable display screen system 1 with a supporting stand 2 and a screen 3 supported and stretched on the stand or a screen of a flexible and extensible material, such as fabric, which may be a single color or have been subjected to a gray print. At the upper edge 4 of the screen and at its lower edge 5, holding ribs 6 and 7, respectively, are arranged in sewn or otherwise manufactured channels in the fabric, which ribs are included in the stand 2.
The holding ribs 6, 7, which form part of the device according to the invention, are described in more detail below. The position has partial in f1g. 1 shown telescopic supports 8 which are fixed to foldable floor supports 9 consisting of three legs 10 projecting in different directions.
Fig. 2 shows a stand 2 for a screen 3 included in an exhibition screen system 1 with a device according to the invention. The device according to the invention consists in principle of the upper holding rib 6 and the lower holding rib 7. These holding ribs each comprise at least two rods 11, each of which may have a straight, angled or curved shape.
Fig. 2 shows upper and lower holding ribs 6, 7 with four rods 11 each. Opposite rods 11 of the upper and lower ribs 6 and 7 always have substantially the same shape with respect to their elongation, since when mounting the screen on the ribs, this should at each point along its longitudinal extent have a substantially vertical extension between the upper and lower ribs 6, 7. In this and subsequent figures, the screen 3 has been removed for the sake of clarity. The upper and lower ribs each in this embodiment consist of four joined and connected curved rods 11. The upper and lower ribs 6 and 7 are supported by three preferably telescopically collapsible supports 12, which are connected to the ribs 6 and 7 in more detail below. described holders 13 and 14, respectively. The supports 12 in this embodiment each consist of three telescopically portable parts with clamping means 12a for locking in the desired position.
The number of supports 12 can of course be varied depending on the size of the scaffold 2 in height and width, respectively.
Fig. 3 shows the lower part of the stand 2 in Fig. 2. The lower rib 7 comprising the four curved interconnected rods 11 is held at the stand 2 by means of the holders 14 fixed to the supports 12.
Fig. 4 shows an exploded view of holder 14. An annular end piece 15 is screwed by means of a screw 16 into a threaded hole in the lower end of each support 12. A cross-section oval-shaped tube 17 is inserted into a suitable recess 18 in the side of the end piece 15 and fixed therein by means of a pin or screw 20 which is arranged to be inserted through holes 21 and 22. The other end of the tube 17 receives projecting projections 24 of a first holder 23, which have resilient edges 25, see fig. 5, for abutment against the inside of the tube 17. A pin 26 or screw is inserted into a hole 27 in the tube 17 and fixed to the projection 24. The lower rib 7 with the cloth 3 mounted is releasably snapped onto the outer snap-in part 28 of the first holder 23. Inside the oval-shaped tube 17, a lever 19, preferably of metal, is inserted for stabilizing the stand 2 in mounted position.
Fig. 5 shows an enlarged view of the first holder 23, the releasable ends 25, which extend in the longitudinal direction of the projection 24 and which abut with bias against the inside of the tube 17.
Fig. 6 shows an upper part of a stand 2 where the upper bar 6 comprises four rods 11, where the outer rods are curved and the inner rods are straight. The lower, not shown bar of this embodiment of the stand 2 has the same kind of rods 11, i.e. two outer curved and two inner straight, which are arranged in the same order along the ribs. Each support 12 has at its upper end mounted an annular groove holder 29, see fig. 7, with two superimposed annular grooves 29a. I fi g. 8 shows a second holder 30 consisting of a fork-shaped part 31 and a snap-in part 32. The fork-shaped part 31 is snapped onto one of the grooves 29 of the annular groove holder 29.
The snap-in part 32 is snapped over the upper rib 6 with the cloth 3 mounted.
The groove holder is equipped with double grooves to be able to receive ribs with cloth on the opposite side. In such a case, a double-sided display screen system is mounted. The upper rib 7 with the cloth 3 mounted is detachably snapped onto the outer snap-in part 32 of the second holder 30.
I f1g. 9 - 12 describe the function and construction of the device according to the invention in the exhibition core system 1.
Fig. 9 shows the interconnection of two straight rods 11. The rods 11 have an irregular cross-section, which is shown here by a dent 33 extending along the length of the rods 11. The irregular cross-section of the inner cavity of the rods is adapted to receive a female coupling 34 and a female coupling 34, respectively. male coupling 35. The male coupling 35 has a through hole 36, an end part 37 adapted to the inner shape of the rod 11, which has a bulge 37a and which is suitably fixed to the rod 11, an annular collar 38, which is arranged to abut against the end surface of the rod 11. , and a conical handle 39, which has grooves 40 arranged on each side. The female coupling 34 has a through hole 41, an end part 42 adapted to the inner shape of the rod 11, which has a bulge 42a and which is fixed on a suitable attached to the rod 11, an annular collar 43, which is arranged to abut against the end surface of the rod 11, and a conical recess 44, which has longitudinal grooves 44a and which is arranged to be shaped receive the conical trade 39 of the male coupling 35 with the grooves 40 (see f1g. 11 and 12). An elastic band 45, preferably of rubber, is passed through the rods 11 and the through holes 36 and 41 of the male and female couplings, respectively. The elastic band 45 is attached at its ends to end pieces 46, see fig. 12, at the outer ends of the outer rods 11 and is biased by a predetermined voltage. The end pieces 46 are preferably provided with annular magnets in order to be able to be connected laterally to a further similar display screen system. In a further development of the device according to the invention, instead of a continuous band 45, your shorter elastic bands are arranged, which extend a short distance into the opposite ends of the rods 11 and are anchored there, for example in inserted fixed plugs or by passing through drilled holes and held there by a knot or the like.
Fig. 10 shows an embodiment of the device according to the invention, where three curved rods 11a and 11b of a rib 6 or 7 have been pulled apart, as shown in an exploded view. It appears from f1g. That the two recesses arranged opposite each other in the female and male couplings 34 and 35, respectively, with grooves 40 cause the rods 11 to be pressed against each other to a certain relative position. This position can be changed 180 ° if it is desired that the fabric and thus the stand should have another desired extent by loosening a rod by pulling apart the connections 34, 35 of the rods 11a and 11b and simultaneously pulling apart the couplings 34b of the rod 11b and the next rod , 35, after which the rod 11b can be rotated 180 ° and the rods are released so that the elastic band 45 can pull the ends of the rods towards each other again so that the ends rest against each other again. This method is performed on corresponding rods 11b of both the upper and the lower rib 6 and 7, respectively. Thereby a different extension of the fabric 3 has been obtained. It is also possible to design the male couplings with four grooves and corresponding four longitudinal inner grooves in the female couplings to provide four positions at 90 ° intervals.
During disassembly, the rods 11 of the upper and lower ribs 6 and 7, respectively, are pulled apart by stretching the elastic band 45 so that the female and male couplings 34 and 35, respectively, are disengaged from each other, whereupon the rods 11 with the cloth or screen 3 still mounted can be folded so that the rods 11 are substantially parallel to each other, as shown in fi g. 11 and 12. This allows a quick disassembly and rolling of cloth and rods together for transport in a suitable bag or box. The device according to the invention is not limited to the ribs 6, 7 being defined as upper and lower and extends substantially horizontally, without the holders. 13 and 14 it must be possible to mount it on the supports 12 so that the ribs 6 and 7 are inclined and even obtain a substantially vertical extension.
Modifications of the device according to the invention are possible within the scope of the appended claims.
